The Opportunity

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner with 4-6 years of dedicated experience in the healthcare industry to join our dynamic product development team.

In this role, you'll define and deliver cutting-edge healthcare products that address critical market needs and provide exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product leadership to define and articulate the product vision and strategy for healthcare-focused solutions.
  • Deeply understand market needs, customer pain points, and regulatory requirements within the healthcare domain.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest value features and epics.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies and provide guidance to the development team throughout the sprint cycle.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar product management role, with a significant portion directly within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, regulatory landscapes, and common healthcare IT systems.
  • Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, user stories.
