**Job Title: Portfolio Asset Recovery Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting overdue amounts, managing accounts, and maintaining the quality of assigned portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of cases in next-tier buckets with a focus on reducing account balances to zero.
  • Ensure timely receipting of collected payments.
  • Identify customer service issues and provide effective solutions by collaborating with local business teams and operations teams.
  • Locate skip customers within assigned portfolios and coordinate with the legal team for order execution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in field collections or a related field.
  • Excellent command of local languages, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
