We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing mid-market and emerging large corporates, monitoring borrower accounts, and advising borrowers in turnaround situations.
Responsibilities:
- Managing stressed assets involving interaction with the company, performance monitoring & benchmarking, adherence to stipulated terms, site visits, etc.
- Designing and implementing suitable early warning triggers for allocated accounts.
- Closely monitoring allocated portfolio, reviewing operational and financial performance, monitoring monthly cash flows, tracking performance of economic cycles and applicable industries, which have a bearing on the respective assets.
- Formulation of recovery strategy post factoring appropriate legal options.
Qualifications:
- CA or MBA (Full Time from a reputed institute)
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Banking/ARC/Big 4 consultancy firms.
- Strong knowledge of reading and understanding the financials of an entity, involving credit analysis.
- Knowledge of various industries.
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring.
- Reasonable knowledge of various legal forums and applicable laws, including IBC, SARFAESI, commercial suits, contract laws, etc.
- Satisfactory note making skills and good command over written and spoken communication.
