Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT asset management professional to oversee the lifecycle of IT assets within our organization.

The ideal candidate will ensure effective management of hardware and software assets, optimize their use, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets across the organization.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement robust IT asset management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of asset records.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for asset acquisition and disposal processes.
  • Provide actionable insights on asset utilization and optimization opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT asset management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
