Asset Recovery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing collections and achieving collection targets across various parameters.
Key Responsibilities
- Collection Management: Handle collections for assigned areas and strive to meet or exceed collection targets on resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates.
- NPA Management: Ensure that Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) are kept within budget and make active efforts to minimize them.
- Revenue Growth: Increase fee income/revenue and develop initiatives to control vendor payouts.
- Asset Verification: Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI/Section 9 process through court receivers.
- Delinquency Tracking: Track and control delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on non-starters.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure quick resolution of customer issues within specified Turn-Around-Time (TAT).
- Client Relationships: Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections and monitor defaulting customers by identifying reasons for defaulting.
- Legal Representation: Represent the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies as required by the legal team and ensure adherence to legal guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collection management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
