  • Ensure timely supplies billing and opportunity creation from new customers.
  • Collect payments within due dates and perform telecalling for lead generation.
  • Update the ANTE ERP system in real-time for all cases and customer communication.
  • Collect customer feedback after service completion.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English language.
  • Well-organized and responsible with aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within growth accounts.
