Customer Service Liaison

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Front Desk operations, ensuring smooth interactions between administration, employees, customers, and outside services.
- Greet customers, manage walk-in enquiries, and direct callers to the appropriate Associate.
- Ensure that all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Answer telephones, provide information, and direct callers as needed.
- Receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail.
- Follow up with clients and customers as required.
- Manage documents electronically and prepare reports for the Director.
Mentorship Role:
- Engage with students and parents for admissions, class schedules, and future endeavors.
- Be an active mentor for all students before and after joining the course.
- Ensure that online and offline classes are running smoothly.
- Monitor course schedules and inform the sales team about completion.
- Coordinate with trainers and collect attendance, feedback, and reports.
Reporting to HR & Admin:
Required Skills:
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, or Customer Service.
- Professional appearance as the first face of the office.
- Able to explain products or services to walk-in customers.
- Good Telephone Etiquette Skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Problem-solver with good time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
