Market Activation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Market Activation Specialist to lead digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital platforms, agile methodologies, and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive business readiness plans, including change impact assessments, Go-to-Market strategies, training, and communications plans.
  • Design and implement Go-to-Market plans with clear KPIs to ensure the smooth delivery of digital projects.
  • Oversee business readiness activities for the launch of new features on digital channels, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital transformation programs, focusing on online and mobile platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile cross-functional teams and the delivery of digital change at scale.
  • Experience in MI & analytics reporting.
Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Provide leadership to a team of Digital Market Activation Analysts.
  • Collaborate with global teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
