Job Title: Healthcare Technology Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned healthcare technology strategist with a strong background in IT strategy engagements within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of relevant experience and be willing to travel to the Middle East for long-term assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • - Evaluate existing IT landscapes, identify gaps, and recommend future-state architecture and implementation across the healthcare sector.
    - Develop enterprise architecture blueprints aligned with healthcare business goals, focusing on interoperability, patient-centric systems, data exchange, and digital health.
    - Drive IT strategy formulation, target operating model design, and large-scale digital transformation roadmaps for hospitals, government health entities, and insurance providers.
    - Design and govern architecture across applications, data, technology, and infrastructure layers,
    - Define and execute IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    - Understand TOGAF framework, principles, and methodologies for architecture development.
    - Support digital transformation initiatives using Agile and DevOps methods.
    - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic plans and solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • - 8-12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on healthcare technology and systems.
    - Consulting background (preferably in Big 4) with client-facing delivery experience.
    - Familiarity with EA frameworks (TOGAF etc.).
    - Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Requirements:

The selected candidate will need to:

  • - Be willing to travel/deploy to the Middle East (especially KSA/UAE) for long-term assignments.
    - Possess TOGAF (or any other EA) certification (preferred).
