We have a network of over 40,000 artisans across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India. Our unique business model provides livelihood to artisans at their doorstep, eliminating the need for middlemen.

Our modern and eclectic collection of rugs, made from the finest wool and silk, is exported to more than 45 countries. We also have a sales arm based in Georgia, Atlanta.

Your Role: As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts in luxury and design spaces. This includes nurturing relationships with designers and architects and handling project business primarily in residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in targeted markets
  • Nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive revenue growth
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience in sales or a similar field
  • An undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or CRM
  • Proven experience handling project business through architects and interior designers
