Presales Specialist Role

This strategic role is focused on providing technical sales support to clients and internal stakeholders. As a Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, developing proposals, and delivering software solutions that meet our clients' business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. If you have experience in proposal development, sales, and IT consulting, this may be an ideal opportunity for you to grow your career.

  • Qualify leads and prepare submission materials to support the Business Development Team's efforts.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to deliver product demonstrations and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Coordinate with client teams and QBurst technical teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Manage scope and expectation of clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate contract rates with clients, prioritizing company profitability and growth.
Key Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years of experience in proposal development, sales, or IT consulting.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies.
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a techno-functional role and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
