  • Lead and manage financial consulting projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.">
  • Oversee preparation and delivery of reports, presentations, and deliverables.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.">
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members in their development.">
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members.">
  • Lead by example with ethical standards and best practices in consulting.">

Qualifications and Skills

">

The ideal candidate will possess a Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CMA/ MBA- FINANCE qualification, with 3+ years' experience in finance, consulting, or auditing, and a strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and performance analysis.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, leadership and team management capabilities, and proficiency in financial software (Excel, SAP, or similar) are also essential.
