Job Opportunity:

The organization requires a seasoned Financial Director to oversee financial operations across multiple business units and geographies.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage financial management teams across group entities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with organizational objectives
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks
  • Provide insightful financial information to support strategic decision-making
  • Build and lead high-performing finance teams across multiple locations
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on long-term growth strategies
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and auditors
  • Implement strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and return on investment (ROI)

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Finance or equivalent professional certification (CA/CPA/CMA/MBA)
  • 12-15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management principles
  • Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry preferred
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • International finance operations and M&A experience an advantage
