Chief Financial Strategist

This role supports the strategic and operational financial objectives of our organization.
We are looking for a professional with excellent analytical skills to deliver accurate financial analysis, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and quantify and track key financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business teams to update financial forecasts and perform variance analysis of actual results.
- Develop executive-level reporting packages, including presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Perform 'hands on' financial modeling and analyses to support business challenges and guide conversation with financial reasoning.
- Drive change with stakeholders through data-driven decision-making and manage regular financial cadences.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Develop relationships with business stakeholders and establish yourself as a Finance partner.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate in PowerPoint.
- Analytical Thinking: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Communication: Present financial insights effectively.
