Job Opportunity: Strategic Policy Lead

About the Role

The Strategic Policy Lead plays a pivotal role at the intersection of regulation, business strategy, and policy advocacy.

  • This high-impact position requires a mix of creativity, analytical rigor, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

The individual will act as both a strategic analyst and an execution partner to senior leadership, helping to frame policy narratives, manage external engagement, and guide internal stakeholders on regulatory implications that affect diverse businesses across telecom, digital, financial services, entertainment, and distribution.

  • Develop and articulate policy positions across telecom, broadcasting, financial services, entertainment, and digital ecosystems.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze competition, market and regulatory trends & provide strategic updates to support policy advocacy.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, regulatory submissions, and communication strategies to influence key stakeholders.
  • Standardize reporting mechanisms to track regulatory engagements and advocacy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Network, Ops, etc.) to ensure alignment of business goals with evolving regulatory priorities.
  • Support senior leaders in prioritization, resource planning, and coordination of high-impact projects across multiple business lines.
