Senior Skill Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our skill development programs, driving growth and success through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and future industry skills needs, tailoring programs to meet those demands.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to develop curriculum aligned with national skill frameworks such as NSQF and Sector Skill Councils.
  • BUILD relationships with industry partners, training providers, government bodies, and NGOs for effective stakeholder management.
  • Lead and manage a team of trainers, program coordinators, and support staff, conducting capacity-building programs and ensuring continuous performance review.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for program success and track performance against them, overseeing assessments, certifications, and post-training employment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports for audits, funding bodies, and senior leadership, ensuring compliance with relevant government schemes and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate Qualification.
  • Strong understanding of national skill frameworks and sectoral skills councils.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strategic planning and execution expertise.
