Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

  • Support finance on monthly reporting, STRAP, AOP and updated forecasts as well as provide financial insights to site leaders.
  • Work with the operations team for manufacturing plant with key reporting KPI s analytics.
  • Be a strong business partner to the site finance leader and the site leadership team.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams within the site and business units to drive initiatives and process improvements.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and innovation that values learning and quality.
">Responsibilities and Tasks:

In addition to duties listed above, job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by manager from time-to-time, as may be reasonably required.

  • Conduct reviews of related cost centers should have a good understanding of operation inputs (inventory, time charging, assessments, etc).
  • Support on Capex operating system (monthly reporting, planning initiation/approval process)
">Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Three-year college degree in Accounting or Finance (CMA preferred) with at least seven to ten years progressive finance experience required, preferably in a large manufacturing organization. An MBA and CPA Certification are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of seven to ten years experience in financial management or similar site finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance, cost efficiency and recovery plans.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Work optimally within SAP environment (FICO, MM, PP SD module)
  • In-depth experience in Costing, Inventory, Freight and fixed asset processes.
  • Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets, along with the ability to develop visualizations using Slides or similar tools like Tableau, Alteryx etc.
