Job Title: Financial Management Professional

The primary goal of this position is to provide financial support and guidance to various stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of business activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including vouchers, invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, such as managing ledgers, fixed asset accounts, and performing other accounting functions.
  • Prepare invoices and follow up with clients for pending payments to ensure timely payment.
  • Handle all banking-related tasks, including making payments via NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc., and tracking all transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors via phone or email to resolve any financial queries or concerns.
  • Assist in finalizing accounts and audits by ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial data, providing critical support to management decision-making.
  • Perform routine analysis of financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
