At the heart of our organization lies a strategic approach to recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will oversee and manage high-volume recruitment initiatives that bridge top talent with leading organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support client recruitment life cycles.
  • Develop and maintain effective spreadsheets for tracking various items, such as Issue logs, Interview logs, Job Posting logs, Candidate logs, Action Item logs.
  • Support Human Resources in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely updates and job postings.
  • Submit candidates on the client portal and review published updates.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • Excellent English skills and fluency are highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
