">Job Overview:

Seeking an International Business Development Lead to spearhead our global growth strategy. This leadership role involves identifying new markets, forming strategic alliances, managing high-value partnerships, and driving revenue growth across international regions.


">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and execute international business development strategy across target geographies.
  2. Identify and build strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances with global companies.
  3. Lead high-level client and partner negotiations, MoUs, and deal closures.
  4. Drive entry into new markets by assessing opportunities, risks, and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with internal tech/product teams to align offerings with global market needs.
  6. Oversee the International Client Engagement & Appointment team to ensure effective outreach and meeting schedules.
  7. Represent us at global industry events, trade fairs, and government delegations.
  8. Build and maintain strong C-level and decision-maker relationships across industries.
  9. Provide regular updates, market intelligence, and growth reports to the board/CTO/CEO.

">Requirements:

Master's or Bachelor's in Business, International Relations, or related fields (MBA preferred). 10–15 years of proven success in international business development, partnerships, or market expansion.
