Job Title: Business Manager - Pro Audio Visual

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading the business operations of our Pro Audio Visual division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Sales Management: Achieve and exceed ad sales targets for our Pro Audio Visual magazine and drive ad sales for the magazine's website to ensure consistent growth and revenue.
  • Event Organization: Plan and execute profitable B2B audio visual industry events, both physical and online, ensuring they are targeted, engaging, and deliver value to participants.
  • Editorial Collaboration: Provide strategic inputs to the Editor to shape the annual content plans and ensure content aligns with market trends and audience interests.
  • Digital Initiatives: Lead the digital initiatives of Audio Visual, including website advertising, promotions, and social media strategy, innovate and implement digital solutions to enhance audience engagement and reach.
  • Branding and Networking: Spearhead branding initiatives to position the magazine as a leader in the B2B healthcare space, network extensively with healthcare professionals and associations to build and maintain strong industry relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in ad sales, event management, and digital marketing from audio visual industry, audio visual sales exhibition industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within India and abroad.
