Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, coordinating with customers, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and clients. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

- Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and achieving sales targets
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the audio equipment industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
