Are you a dynamic and result-oriented professional with a passion for Sales Coordination and customer satisfaction in the lighting or building materials industry?

We're expanding our team and looking for a Project Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team and strengthen our customer relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, MEP Consultants, and more

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to Sales Team inquiries and assist in quotations

- Timely creation and tracking of Sales Orders

- Coordinate sample tracking and returns

- Follow up on overdue payments and reworks

- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

What We're Looking For:

- Graduate in Finance/Commerce

- 2+ years in Sales Coordination (preferably in Architectural/Building Materials)

- Proficient in MS Office and Sales Tools

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
