About the role

As a reputation management professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing clients' online presence by developing and implementing effective ORM strategies.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring and managing online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Responding to and addressing negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks and maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Utilizing ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Staying updated on emerging industry trends and best practices in reputation management to ensure optimal results.
  • Preparing detailed ORM performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field to provide a strong foundation for success.
  • Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship to gain hands-on experience and build skills.

The required technical and soft skills include:

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing to effectively manage online presence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation abilities to effectively communicate results and insights.
