Job Summary

  • We are seeking a senior professional to provide strategic support to our compliance team in managing all matters related to regulatory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inward and outward correspondences with regulatory bodies
  • Track and escalate communication from regulatory bodies
  • Maintain records of members' agreements/undertakings
  • Monitor regulatory alerts and disseminate guidelines to members as applicable
  • Organize and manage compliance initiatives
  • Provide administrative support and assistance in high-impact initiatives
  • Handle documentation of correspondence between Exchange and regulatory bodies
  • Manage custody of agreements/undertakings
  • Draft agendas for meetings
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the chief compliance officer

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate from a reputable institution/university
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Adequate knowledge of regulatory functions
  • Administrative support skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory ecosystems and operations
  • Ability to grasp and interpret regulatory knowledge
  • MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Process-driven approach
  • High degree of integrity
  • Responsiveness
  • Effective communication and attentiveness
