Job Title: Compliance Manager">

As a seasoned professional in compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sites meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

This role involves overseeing the security compliance program specific to physical security officer services at data centers. You will work closely with data center operations to identify potential compliance risks and implement solutions for improvement.

Key responsibilities include conducting audits and evaluations, developing compliance frameworks, and implementing control measures to manage risk. You will also be responsible for reporting on compliance findings, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating across teams to improve policies and overall security posture.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, as well as 3+ years of experience managing people. A bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law or a related field is required.

Additional qualifications include experience supporting an operations team in a datacenter environment, ISO9001 or ISO 27001 certification, and proficiency in Microsoft office tools. Travel may be required up to 50% of the time, so a valid passport is essential.
