Job Title: Governance, Risk and Compliance Consultant

We are seeking a motivated Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Consultant to lead and implement robust GRC frameworks for our clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our clients' GRC capabilities.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone starting their career with a strong interest in cybersecurity and a passion for driving business growth through effective risk management.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive GRC frameworks and policies to drive business excellence.
  • Implementing industry-recognized standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 to ensure compliance and enhance client certifications.
  • Identifying, assessing, and managing risks across various business units to minimize exposure and maximize opportunities.
  • Providing expert guidance on compliance requirements and regulations to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Designing and delivering training sessions for client Subject Matter Experts (SPOCs) and end-users to foster a culture of awareness and understanding.
  • Collaborating with senior consultants to develop and enhance the GRC framework, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Documenting information security policies and procedures to meet regulatory and framework requirements.
  • Assisting in managing cybersecurity risks across various functions to ensure a proactive approach.
  • Staying up-to-date with compliance standards and applying knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Conducting awareness sessions on cybersecurity topics to promote a culture of vigilance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
