Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Account Management Professional to join our team. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will be responsible for ensuring timely communication and service delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Briefing internal teams on client requirements and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assisting in the development of presentations, proposals, and campaign reports for clients.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and preparing status updates for clients.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services and collaborating closely with team members to resolve challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns.
  • A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
