Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a good understanding of public relations, media, and communications, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns and strategies.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and media content.
  • Coordinate with media outlets, journalists, and influencers for coverage.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare PR activity reports.
  • Support event planning, press conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update the media contact database.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, leadership) for PR alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in messaging.
  • Prior experience in corporate communications, PR agency, or media relations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, Hootsuite).
  • Basic knowledge of content creation and graphic design tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
