We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our corporate communications function in India. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy, aligned with global objectives, to strengthen brand presence and positioning in India.

  • Develop and drive external communication strategies that align with global communications agendas to enhance brand presence and positioning in India.
  • Manage media relations and partnerships to maintain a strong employer brand.
  • Position the organization as an employer of choice through media, social media, and awards positioning to attract top talent.
  • Lead employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scale to boost employee morale and retention.
  • Drive content strategies for social media, website, and digital platforms to engage employees and stakeholders.
  • Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and execution.
  • Manage creative agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 15–20 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, media, social media, or employer branding.
  • Strong media relations with local and regional networks to maintain a strong reputation.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills to produce engaging content that resonates with employees and stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives to drive business results.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations to deliver high-quality work.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
