Job Title: Senior Corporate Lawyer

The Senior Corporate Lawyer will be a member of the Legal leadership team, working closely with the Group Chief Legal Officer (GCLO) in all aspects of corporate legal affairs. This role involves significant interaction with senior management, providing strategic advice on a variety of corporate legal issues, managing external counsel relationships, and leading internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of corporate issues, influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with litigation strategy and manage outside counsel relationships.
  • Oversee the legal aspects of corporate business operations.
  • Provide legal support in business acquisitions and throughout the project life cycle.
  • Lead funding transactions from a legal perspective and manage external legal counsel.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Law graduate from a reputable law school.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in multinational companies preferably in power/infrastructure/energy sectors.
