HR Operations Manager

- This position offers an attractive salary of ₹1,200,000 per annum.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR operations including employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding, insurance, and HR audits.
- Manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll and other claims.
- Create, implement, and administer human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and guidelines.
- Provide support for recruitment as required, including conducting hiring needs analysis, reference checks, and employment contracts.
- Facilitate the application and renewal of work visas.
- Offer support in employee relations by providing policy guidelines and clarifications.
- Manage employee benefits and claims administration effectively.
The Ideal Candidate
- Possesses at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the IT sector.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Is highly goal-driven and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Is adaptable and excels in changing environments.
- A strong team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
