We are looking for Sr. Consultant-HR Service Delivery (HRO) for Bangalore.

  • Job Location : Bangalore
  • One Side Transport (UK/US Shift)-Flexible to work in any shift- APAC region shifts
  • Work from Office (05 days)
  • Exp - 4 -8 years of exp in HR Service Delivery (HR Operations) HRO/HR Shared Services


Note : HR Service Delivery (HR Operations) experience in HRO for managing global HR Operations - Hire to Fire activities, Full Employee Lifecycle, Employee Data Management, Appraisal, Performance Management, Termination & Exit Formalities, HR Processes, knowledge of Workday

Job Description:


Good to have Hiring Skills

  • Experience of working on Workday
  • HRO Experience in mandatory
  • Basic understanding of TA and HR processes
  • Full Employee Lifecycle Experience-Hire to Retire


Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert-HR Operations (Who can guide new joiner & teammates on processes
  • Manage System Data -Workday
  • Employee Data Management
  • Full Employee Lifecycle-Hire to Retire
  • Appraisal & Performance Management (Pay changes & Promotion/Demotions)
  • Conduct Data Entry into HRIS
  • Conduct Data Correction and Updates
  • Address HR administration requests from employees through email with relevant approvals


Exp - 4 -6 years of HR ops and Talent strategy experience (HRO)
