- Exp - 4 -8 years of exp in HR Service Delivery (HR Operations) HRO/HR Shared Services
Note : HR Service Delivery (HR Operations) experience in HRO for managing global HR Operations - Hire to Fire activities, Full Employee Lifecycle, Employee Data Management, Appraisal, Performance Management, Termination & Exit Formalities, HR Processes, knowledge of Workday
Job Description:
Good to have Hiring Skills
- Experience of working on Workday
- HRO Experience in mandatory
- Basic understanding of TA and HR processes
- Full Employee Lifecycle Experience-Hire to Retire
Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert-HR Operations (Who can guide new joiner & teammates on processes
- Manage System Data -Workday
- Employee Data Management
- Full Employee Lifecycle-Hire to Retire
- Appraisal & Performance Management (Pay changes & Promotion/Demotions)
- Conduct Data Entry into HRIS
- Conduct Data Correction and Updates
- Address HR administration requests from employees through email with relevant approvals
Exp - 4 -6 years of HR ops and Talent strategy experience (HRO)
