Job Description / Responsibilities

Shared Services

• Manage all aspects of the day to day activities of the Shared Services team including coaching, training and career development

• Responsibilities include Onboarding, Operations, Compliance, HRIS, Adherence of HR processes and policies, Automation, Payroll, etc.

• Maintain a high performing HR Operations organization that drives business results through a simple, easy to understand structure

• Drive operational performance and service excellence within the HR Shared Service team

• Define SLA and guide team in delivering results with excellence

• Have an understanding and knowledge of the HR vision and strategy to build supporting HR Operations to enable greater performance

• Ensure understanding of the latest developments, best practices and trends in HR and other functional areas in order to bring leading edge expertise in their fields

• Support People Practice and Business teams from across locations in India, US, UK and other territories

• Ensure transparent and timely communication to stakeholders concerning process risk, proposed changes, strategic needs and opportunities to establish best-in-class operations

• To act as an interface between the HR COE teams, Top Management & Operations Teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of processes, policies and initiatives.

• Drive optimization and Simplification of HR processes and ensures that we simplify and create exceptional customer experience in core tasks

• Directs the control, protection, extraction, compilation, analysis and integrity of HR data in connection with local HR Systems, including the development, documentation, communication and enforcement of data quality check procedures

• Lead strategic initiatives including HR Automation, to ensure long-term process improvement, cost reductions, and increased efficiencies

• Contribute to the strategic direction of Human Resources through active leadership on HR Operations and other HR related special projects


Desired Profile:

• 8+ years of relevant experience with in Shared Services, HR Operations,

• Educational Qualification: Graduation, Masters degree is preferred

• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines in a multi-task, fast-paced environment

• Ability to define strategy, develop and implement vision

• Project management skills that range from conception to planning, implementation and evaluation of projects

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and influence across a matrixed environment

• Able to influence to achieve project objectives (i.e. soliciting and reconciling feedback from multiple sources)

• Ability to display sensitivity, tact and responsiveness in various situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Proven ability to use analytical data to measure performance, support decision making, develop action plans, and execute for performance improvement

• Ability to build a strong internal and external network of resources, and to successfully partner with people of various levels and backgrounds

• Strategic mindset with the ability to be a hands-on team player

• Solid leadership and change management skills

• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, benefit administration and management, recruiting, payroll, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management etc.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Sound knowledge of local labor laws and statutory requirements
