Role Description
This is a full-time, work from office role for a Human Resources Manager at TZMO India South Pvt. Ltd. located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, recruitment, and developing training programs to support the company's growth and employee development.
Qualifications
HR Management, Employee Relations, and Policy Implementation skills
Recruitment and Training Program Development experience
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
