Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Solutioning Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Solutioning team, you will work closely with new customers to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and drive successful implementations.

This is a customer-facing role that demands ownership, problem-solving, and a strong grasp of both AI and financial services. Agility and proactiveness are key to thriving in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with enterprise customers during pre-sales and pilot phases to understand their business needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Translate customer use cases into clear implementation plans, call flows, and customer journeys.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to manage integrations, conduct UATs, and take accounts live.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Lead project planning and governance, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in solutioning, implementation, or related field.
