About the Opportunity:

We are seeking ambitious fresh graduates to join our recruitment team. The role involves comprehensive involvement in candidate sourcing, screening, and development of strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms.
  • Effective communication with candidates (verbal and written).
  • Supporting the recruitment process and developing a deep understanding of it.
  • Fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Participating in training programs to enhance recruitment expertise.

Qualifications (Eligibility):

Candidates with degrees in B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR Specialization), or B.Tech are eligible.

The following criteria must be met:

  • Fresh graduates from 2022, 2023, and 2024 are eligible for this opportunity.
  • MBA (HR) students graduating in 2025 are also eligible.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts is necessary.
