We're pioneering AI-driven technology to enhance debt collection efficiency and compliance.

As a detail-oriented, data-driven professional, you'll be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing our sales and customer success technology stack using HubSpot or similar CRMs.

  • Owning the CRM involves managing, customizing, and optimizing it to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • You'll build processes like automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
  • Maintaining data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system is crucial.
  • You'll enable the team by training users, enforcing best practices, and being the go-to expert for CRM questions.
  • Dashboards and reports will provide leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
  • You'll support growth by partnering with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred), a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfort with integrations, APIs, and third-party tools, and excellent communication skills.
