Leadership Role: Subtitling Coordination Team

This leadership position in our Subtitling Coordination team requires an individual to oversee the day-to-day management of a dynamic team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising Localization Coordinators to optimize workflow.
  • Establishing clear objectives and communicating them regularly to team members.
  • Collaborating with Translator Support teams to manage linguist pool capacity for rare languages.
  • Facilitating conflict resolution discussions and implementing solutions early on.
  • Leading regular team meetings to discuss progress and plan future activities.
  • Conducting timely one-on-ones with coordinators to provide feedback and coaching.
  • Driving HR processes and policies within the team.
  • Ensuring prompt responses to emails from community support and freelancers.
  • Addressing user payments in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree required.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen interest in the media industry is preferred.
