We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Video Head to lead the video team at Rajasthan Patrika. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire video content strategy and operations for our website and YouTube platforms. This role combines creativity, leadership, and technical proficiency, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI-powered video technologies. The candidate should possess both editorial insight and a deep understanding of digital media tools to drive innovative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a growing team of video producers, editors, and visual storytellers.

2. Plan and implement a comprehensive video content strategy tailored to digital audiences.

3. Oversee end-to-end video production from scripting and shooting to editing and publishing.

4. Integrate and experiment with AI tools for editing, voiceover, subtitling, thumbnails, content repurposing, and

performance analytics.

5. Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, editorial standards, and audience expectations.

6. Collaborate with editorial and tech teams for embedding, cross-promotion, and optimization across platforms.

7. Use AI-driven insights and analytics to guide content planning and increase viewer engagement.

8. Upskill team members in the use of modern digital video formats and emerging tools.

9. Monitor key performance metrics and continually improve processes and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in video production, journalism, or digital content creation.

2. Proven leadership capabilities with a successful record of managing and scaling video teams.

3. Strong understanding of digital video trends, YouTube SEO, and content algorithms.

4. Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).

5. Practical experience with AI-driven video production tools (e.g., Descript, Runway, Pictory, Synthesia).

6. Knowledge of CMS platforms, cloud-based storage, media servers, and basic web technologies.

7. Excellent communication skills, editorial judgment, and storytelling abilities.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film & Media, or a related field.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with AI-generated avatars, automated workflows, and content personalization.

Exposure to multi-lingual content creation using AI-based tools.

Enthusiasm for experimenting with short-form, interactive, and immersive video formats.
