Job Title: Product Delivery and Team Leadership Specialist

We are seeking proactive product delivery and team leadership specialists with 10+ years of experience and proven leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will work on multiple projects, build and manage diverse teams, formulate strategies, and coordinate with other managers to drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Roadmap Discussions:
    • Participate in product roadmap discussions and provide input on design, modelling, and architectural decisions to ensure alignment with business goals.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead teams in developing new products, solutions, and processes to drive innovation and improve quality.
  3. Design and Code Reviews:
    • Define non-functional requirements (NFRs) and build systems that meet NFR requirements to ensure high-quality output.
  4. Quality and Design:
    • Use tools and techniques to enhance the quality of code and design, focusing on constant reduction of code debt.
  5. Collaboration and Mentorship:
    • Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to share best practices and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 7-15 years of total experience in delivery, development, and team management.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in working with EVM, Android-related technology.
  • Good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL and NoSQL.
Desirable Skills:
  • Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  • Organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in explaining complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.
  • Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools.
  • Experience in fintech space is an advantage.
