Job Title: Technical Quality Assurance Specialist

This position involves daily technical checks on various file types to ensure conformity with industry and Deluxe standards. The role requires verifying language subtitles meet client requirements, implementing necessary changes for error-free final products, and maintaining high-quality yield with minimal errors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conform subtitles to Deluxe guidelines and meet specific client requirements
  • Verify subtitles against reference material and implement required modifications
  • Maintain an average quality record of 99%
  • Update work trackers and denote accurate project status
  • Ensure timely delivery for all clients

Additional Duties:

  • Mentor newer team members to achieve quality standards
  • Promote teamwork and suggest improvements to workflows
  • Participate in job/personal knowledge training programs and display eagerness to learn other aspects of the process
