Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by identifying technical issues, improving product quality, and implementing systems to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Issue Identification: Identify technical issues and get to the root cause to improve product quality.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop recommendations for change to improve product quality and implement new processes.
  • Process Implementation: Implement working systems to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process.
  • Guidelines Development: Develop detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma/BTech / BE (Mechanical)
  • Skills: Expert level knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint, Stagewise fabrication of Static/Rotary Equipment, Codes such as ASTM,ASME,EN,ISO,IS & others, WPS as per ASME/AWS/EN, NDT, QMS system and their implementation, Computer/ERP knowledge.
