Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and testing, with experience in manual and automated testing methodologies. They will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive QA processes, procedures, and test approaches driving quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective QA processes and procedures to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Java to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Technical Project Managers/Agile Coaches, and Developers, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of QA strategies.
  • Conduct thorough manual testing (Functional, regression, UAT, exploratory, Database validation) and automate testing using BigQuery and SQL to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing environments.
  • Proficiency in Big Query, SQL, Java, and Selenium, with the ability to write test approaches and acceptance criteria in Gherkin.
  • Strong knowledge of functional, regression, UAT, exploratory, negative, and database validation testing techniques.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow and GPC.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and pipeline deployments.

Working Environment:

  • This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week onsite in Gurgaon.
