As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our remote team in Mohali, Punjab IN. The ideal candidate will drive growth by developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and identifying key staffing needs in the Canada and US markets.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:- Identify and target potential clients in Canada and the US, focusing on staffing and recruitment needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and grow the agency's client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers, including HR professionals, hiring managers, and C-level executives.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with new and existing clients to meet the company's revenue and profit targets.
- Analyze market trends in the staffing and recruitment industry across Canada and the US to identify areas of demand.
- Keep up with competitive landscape and adjust strategies to capture market share.
- Recommend new services and solutions based on client needs and market analysis.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand client staffing requirements and deliver the best possible candidates.
- Address client concerns and work closely with internal teams to resolve any service issues.
- Track and report on sales performance, including sales metrics and KPIs.
- Provide regular forecasts on revenue growth, market penetration, and account development.
- Create and present business development plans and reports to leadership.
- 5+ years of business development experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, specifically in the Canada and US markets.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a staffing/recruitment environment.
- Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment landscape, including hiring trends and market demands in North America.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
