About the Role

This exciting position is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to lead our team's day-to-day operations. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll preparation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment process management: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Payroll support by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.)
  • Performance management and appraisal support
  • Addressing employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Organization of training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
  • Compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Drafting of HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, training, compliance, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
