Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of HR & Operations Executive. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing hiring processes, and supporting the team during client shoots.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources Management:
    • Manage end-to-end hiring including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll inputs, and track leaves and attendance.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Operations and Coordination:
    • Oversee smooth workflow and ensure efficient office operations.
    • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
    • Assist founders in project tracking and follow-up with teams.
  • Shoot and Production Support:
    • Support the creative team during client shoots by scheduling, coordinating logistics, and communicating with clients.
    • Manage props, crew arrangements, and client communication on shoot days.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations, preferably in an agency or creative industry setting.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication skills (English and Hindi).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, resourceful, and take responsibility across multiple functions.
