
HR & Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of HR & Operations Executive. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing hiring processes, and supporting the team during client shoots.
Main Responsibilities:- Human Resources Management:
- Manage end-to-end hiring including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll inputs, and track leaves and attendance.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Operations and Coordination:
- Oversee smooth workflow and ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
- Assist founders in project tracking and follow-up with teams.
- Shoot and Production Support:
- Support the creative team during client shoots by scheduling, coordinating logistics, and communicating with clients.
- Manage props, crew arrangements, and client communication on shoot days.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations, preferably in an agency or creative industry setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, resourceful, and take responsibility across multiple functions.
