Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including in-house personnel, tenants, outside counsel, architects, consultants, brokers, and municipalities.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate leasing-related activities from inception to close, including site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination, and administration.
- Negotiate, organize, track, and support our leasing processes.
- Manage and direct daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
- Review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements.
- Oversee completion of necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.
- Monitor trends for competition in the marketplace.
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry (5+ years).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups.
- Strong networking abilities with key influencers and leading leasing professionals.
- Proficient in strategic marketing or sales efforts to attract corporate clients.
