Philanthropic Partnership Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Philanthropic Partnership Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate social responsibility (CSR) decision-makers, identifying and pursuing opportunities for funding, and working closely with internal teams to build high-quality funding proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with CSR decision-makers through targeted outreach and research.
- Conduct secondary research to identify relevant funders and build intelligence on their priorities and strategies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential funding opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to build high-quality funding proposals, pitch decks, and fundraising collateral.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual fundraising targets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a fundraising, growth, sales, or B2B relationships and partnerships role.
- A genuine interest in the social impact sector, with prior exposure to CSR, social impact, or NGOs being a plus.
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to hustle, self-motivate, and take calculated risks.
- Top-tier communication and listening skills, with the ability to craft high-quality pitches and deliver them effectively.
- Strong academic and professional credentials, with an MBA preferred but not essential.
